The challenge
Hosting an international summit on an island means adding the constraints of a major event to those of a delicate territory: access by sea only, narrow urban spaces, tourist flows that never stop, and the highest security standards required by the delegations of the seven countries.
The approach
Polis Consulting managed the event's security with its own predictive method: scenario analysis, design of ordinary and emergency procedures, flow simulation and coordination with institutional security structures, calibrating every measure to the island's real geography.
The outcome
The summit took place in complete safety while preserving the tranquility and charm of Capri: the island never stopped, and its hospitality contributed to the success of the event.
