Polis Consulting, led by Ing. Ciro Cannelonga, is engaged in the security of complex, next-generation public infrastructure, such as the vertiports designed for urban transport by shuttle drones.
During the Dronitaly event, held at the Bologna Fiera, Ing. Cannelonga highlighted the importance of security in the new intermodal facilities and presented an evacuation simulation linked to the Varese vertiport.
Shuttle drones, in addition to improving tourism and healthcare transport, offer significant potential benefits: their rollout will depend on European regulations expected by 2030.
